Elite-Level Louisiana Safety Picks Up Clemson Offer

2022 safety Jacoby Mathews has officially picked up a Clemson offer.

The potential SI All-American candidate from Louisiana announced the offer via Twitter late Tuesday night.

"Beyond BLESSED and HONORED to have been extended an offer from the University of Clemson!!" Mathews tweeted late Tuesday.

At 6-foot-1 and 204 pounds, Mathews is considered not only one of the top safety prospects in the country, but is generally considered a Top-50 player overall.
